How to Use: 

For Heat Therapy:

1. Microwave on medium or high power for 20–30 seconds to start

2. If it's not warm enough, keep heating in 10-second intervals

3. Let it sit for 30–60 seconds before placing it on your eyes so the heat distributes evenly

4. Always test the temperature on the inside of your wrist before use
